• How long will it take to receive my order?
Order processing time takes 1-7 business days before shipment. you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.
US orders can take anywhere from 5-14 business days after shipment. we ship via USPS first class mail and e-packet. you can track your shipment via 17track.net
International shipment times vary by destination country. We ship via USPS first class mail and chinapost (approximately 14 business days to deliver)
• I have received only part of my shipment, where are the other items?
We ship from both warehouses so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number
• What about possible custom fees?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
• Will this item get to me before _________?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before the holidays
• Can i cancel/change my address/order?
Please e-mail us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancelations to your order.

Packages are rarely lost. However, if a parcel does not arrive please contact customer service to file a lost package report
• I have entered the tracking number, but I cannot see information about the parcel?
Surely, after sending it takes some time for information to appear. Information starts to appear as soon as the parcel is marked in post offices of the recipient country (usually it takes not more than 2-3 weeks from receiving the tracking number). If 2-3 weeks from the moment of receiving the tracking number have already passed, and you still cannot track the parcel – please contact us. We will take care of everything
• What to do if I did not receive my order?
The international parcels can go from 5 up to 20 days, depending on distance. Please notice that on public holidays there could be delays connected with the workload of post offices. If your order is on the way more than 50 days, please contact us and we will certainly help you
